AiSDR Alternatives, Sorted by the Job They Do

Every page ranking for AiSDR alternatives sells one. This one sorts them by job and prices them on one basis.

What are the alternatives to AiSDR?

They fall into three groups, and which group you need matters more than which brand. Autonomous AI SDRs do what AiSDR does, researching and contacting prospects on their own: 11x, Artisan and Salesforge's Agent Frank. Prospecting copilots do the research and drafting while a person stays in charge: Regie.ai and Amplemarket. Build-your-own stacks combine a data tool such as Clay with a sender such as Instantly or Smartlead.

On price, the cheapest entry is Regie.ai Pro at $49 a month. The closest like-for-like autonomous alternative to AiSDR's $250 Solo plan is Artisan's $280 Intern plan. The most expensive is 11x at $3,750 a month billed annually. Every price below was read from the vendor's own page on 29 September 2026 unless marked.

What does AiSDR cost now?

AiSDR has three published plans, and what they buy changed in mid-2026. Solo is $250 a month, month to month and self-serve, for 200 AI-researched contacts. Explore is $900 a month for 800 contacts and Scale $2,500 for 2,500, both sold on quarterly contracts through a sales call. Annual billing takes exactly 20% off each.

An archived copy of the pricing page from 12 May 2026 shows the $900 plan buying "1,200 lead search credits/month, 1,200 AI messages/month, ~3 meetings/month". By July the same $900 bought 800 researched contacts. The meter changed from messages sent to people researched, and a cheaper month-to-month tier was added. Most alternative pages ranking today still describe AiSDR's pricing without the Solo tier or with the old message cap, including this site's own review until it was rewritten the same day as this page.

Vendor-published, read 2026-09-29 from aisdr.com/pricing; the May plan read from the Internet Archive's capture of 12 May 2026.

What does "alternative" mean here?

An AiSDR alternative is anything that gets the same job done: finding the right people, researching them, writing to them and handling what comes back. Tools split that job in different places:

TypeWho decides who gets contactedWho writesWho sendsExamples
Autonomous AI SDRThe agent, within your ICPThe agentThe agentAiSDR, 11x, Artisan, Agent Frank
Prospecting copilotYouThe tool drafts, you approveYou or the toolRegie.ai, Amplemarket
Build-your-own stackYou, with a data toolYou, or AI in the senderA sequencerClay + Instantly or Smartlead

The first group is the closest substitute. The second suits teams where a person should approve what goes out. The third is cheapest in licences and dearest in attention, and it is how most teams ran outbound before AI SDRs existed.

How AiSDR works, so you know what you are replacing

AiSDR researches prospects from a database it describes as "300M+ leads", writes emails and LinkedIn actions "on autopilot", and handles routine replies. Its Solo plan includes one domain, three mailboxes and one LinkedIn account with setup and warmup. Explore adds unlimited users, six mailboxes, five LinkedIn accounts and LinkedIn signals; Scale adds Salesforce sync, AI video and voice notes, and website visitor tracking.

So a like-for-like alternative has to cover data, writing, sending infrastructure and LinkedIn in one purchase. Most of the cheaper options cover some of that and leave the rest to you, which is why comparing headline prices across the groups misleads.

Monthly-billing rates where a vendor offers them, with the annual rate in brackets. Amplemarket offers only an annual term and 11x only annual billing, so those rows are annual by necessity. Clay's figure is from this site's register; the rest were read from vendor pages on 2026-09-29.

What each alternative costs per contact

OptionWorkingPer contact or prospect
AiSDR Solo$250 ÷ 200$1.25
AiSDR Explore$900 ÷ 800$1.125
AiSDR Scale$2,500 ÷ 2,500$1.00
Artisan Intern 10K$280 ÷ ~500 peopleAbout $0.56
Agent Frank, quarterly billing$599 ÷ 1,000 active contacts$0.599
11x Alice Growth$3,750 ÷ 2,000 new prospects$1.875
Regie.ai Pro$49 ÷ 5,000 credits$0.0098 a credit; per-contact cost unpublished
Computed from vendor-published prices and allowances, not measured. The units differ: a researched contact, a person contacted, an active contact and a new prospect are each vendor-defined and not directly comparable. Treat the column as a range, not a ranking.

AiSDR's own FAQ benchmark is "1-3 meetings for each 100 contacts". On that figure a month of Solo produces 2 to 6 meetings, $41.67 to $125 each, and Explore 8 to 24, $37.50 to $112.50 each. That is the vendor's directional figure, and it changed at the same time as the meter: in May the page quoted a "1% median conversion rate".

The autonomous alternatives: Artisan, Agent Frank and 11x

Artisan is the closest match on price and shape. Its self-serve plans sit on a Startups tab its default pricing view hides, from $280 a month for 10,000 credits, with a free plan and a 30-day trial. It publishes what each action costs in credits, which AiSDR does not. Artisan's full price ladder is worth reading before comparing.

Agent Frank, from Salesforge, is priced per active contact: $599 a month billed quarterly for 1,000, or $499 a month billed annually. Its page opens on the annual tab, so the first number a visitor sees is the annual rate. Email infrastructure is sold separately through Salesforge's Mailforge and Infraforge products, which AiSDR includes.

11x is the enterprise end: $3,750 a month billed annually for Growth, with managed mailboxes and warmup for up to five users, and terms with no exit for convenience. Its own page quotes two other entry prices as well. See 11x pricing.

The copilot alternatives: Regie.ai and Amplemarket

Regie.ai relaunched as RegieGO in late August 2026 and is now the cheapest published entry in this list: Free, then Pro at $49 a month and Team at $150 a seat, with no contract. It sends from your own Gmail or Outlook and does not publish how many credits each action uses. Regie.ai pricing covers what changed.

Amplemarket sells a data and engagement platform with AI built in. Its Startup plan is $600 a month on an annual term, for 2 users, and every plan includes a free trial. There is no monthly billing, so the smallest commitment is $7,200.

The build-your-own alternative

Clay for data and enrichment, a sequencer for sending, and a person writing or editing the copy. At entry that is about $224 a month on monthly billing (Clay from $185 in this site's register, Smartlead Base at $39), before mailboxes and domains. It is the most flexible option and the one that needs the most of your time.

Check the sender's volume ceiling before choosing. Smartlead Base allows 6,000 emails a month and Instantly Growth 5,000, which a handful of warmed mailboxes can exceed; our warmup pricing comparison shows where each sender's ceiling pushes you up a tier.

How to check these prices yourself

  • AiSDR: open aisdr.com/pricing; the toggle reads Quarterly and Annual, and the monthly figures sit under Quarterly.
  • Artisan: open artisan.co/pricing and click Startups, then switch to Monthly.
  • Agent Frank: open salesforge.ai/agent-frank and switch from Annual to the monthly tab, which bills quarterly.
  • 11x: use 11x.ai/products/alice/pricing, not 11x.ai/pricing, which returns a 404.
  • Regie.ai: open regie.ai/pricing and switch to Monthly; ignore any page quoting $180 a user.
  • Every tool page on this site shows the date its price was last verified.

What the contracts do after you sign

AiSDR

"Cancel anytime" means different things across this list. AiSDR's page title says it, and for Solo it is true. For Explore and Scale, AiSDR's terms say that on early cancellation "we will not provide any refunds of prepaid fees or unused Subscription, and you will promptly pay all unpaid fees due through the end of the Subscription term", and non-renewal needs notice "10 days prior" to the end of the term.

The alternatives

Artisan's sales-led terms allow no termination for convenience unless the order form says so and refund nothing for unused credits; its self-serve monthly plans downgrade at the end of the cycle. 11x's terms make credits non-refundable and allow no exit for convenience. Regie.ai's Pro and Team have no contract, but paid credits expire at the end of each period. Agent Frank and Amplemarket commit you for a quarter and a year respectively.

The rule that follows

The practical rule: start on whichever option lets you leave after a month, and only sign a quarter or a year once you have your own meeting numbers. Our list of AI SDR tools without an annual contract covers the rest of the category.

Which alternative fits

  • You like AiSDR's model but want to pay less per person: Artisan Intern, on its free trial first.
  • You want a person approving every message: Regie.ai, from free.
  • You already own email infrastructure and want per-contact pricing: Agent Frank, if a quarterly commitment is acceptable.
  • You want mailboxes and sending fully managed and can commit a year: 11x.
  • You have an ops-minded person and want control: Clay plus a sender.
  • You have not booked meetings from cold outbound by hand yet: none of these. Prove the motion with a sender and your own writing first.

Who writes the pages that rank for this query

Seven of the eight results for "aisdr alternatives" on 29 September were published by companies with something to sell: Amplemarket, Knock AI, Gojiberry, Luru, Fuzzy AI, Artisan, and AiSDR itself. Gojiberry's page ranks its own product first. That is normal for alternatives queries, and it is why the pricing on those pages tends to flatter the author.

AiSDR's own history on Hacker News is a small reminder of where this category started. In May 2023 a post under the name of its founder, Yuriy Zaremba, asked "Would you replace your SDRs with AI at 10% of the cost". The most direct reply was "I never want to talk to a sales rep. Just put the prices on your website." Another reader was more measured: "they could be good for pre-SDR, but a great SDR is still better than the AI will be." AiSDR does now publish its prices, which is more than two of its alternatives manage.

The sharper criticism is of the whole category. One Hacker News post argued that AI SDRs "do not solve the cold outreach problem which is that customers do not like cold emails, cold calls or cold LinkedIn DMs", and another described an AI SDR calling a personal cellphone "on the US 'do not call' list". Whichever alternative you choose inherits both problems.

What this page does not know

This page does not know which of these tools books more meetings per dollar, because nobody has published a controlled comparison: the same list, offer and domains run through each tool for the same period, measured in meetings held. This page has not run that test either. The per-contact figures above use each vendor's own unit, and those units are not the same thing. It has no buyer-side account of using or leaving AiSDR either. Until a real comparison exists, choose the option with the shortest exit, run it for a month on your own list, and compare meetings held, not contacts.

What is the best AiSDR alternative?

For most buyers leaving AiSDR, Artisan's self-serve Intern plan is the nearest substitute at a similar price with a free trial, and Regie.ai is the cheapest way to keep a person in charge. If the problem was AiSDR's quarterly contract rather than its product, note that Solo already runs month to month. And if you are leaving because the meetings did not come, no alternative on this list fixes the list or the offer; that is the cheaper thing to fix first.

Questions

What are the best AiSDR alternatives?
By type: Artisan, Salesforge's Agent Frank and 11x are autonomous AI SDRs like AiSDR; Regie.ai and Amplemarket are prospecting copilots with a person in charge; Clay plus a sender such as Smartlead or Instantly is the build-your-own option. Artisan's $280 Intern plan is the closest on price and shape.
How much does AiSDR cost per month?
Solo is $250 a month for 200 AI-researched contacts, month to month. Explore is $900 for 800 contacts and Scale $2,500 for 2,500, both on quarterly contracts. Annual billing takes 20% off. Read 29 September 2026.
What is cheaper than AiSDR?
Regie.ai Pro at $49 a month, with a free plan below it. For a fully autonomous agent, Artisan's Intern plan is $280 a month on monthly billing and works out cheaper per person contacted by its own estimate.
Is AiSDR better than 11x?
They are priced for different buyers. AiSDR starts at $250 a month, month to month; 11x starts at $3,750 a month billed annually, with managed mailboxes for five users. Neither publishes a meeting rate you can rely on, so compare on exit terms first.
Can I cancel AiSDR anytime?
Solo, yes. Explore and Scale are quarterly contracts, and AiSDR's terms say early cancellation brings no refund and the fees for the rest of the term are still due.
Does AiSDR have a free trial?
Its pricing FAQ says no. Artisan and Regie.ai both offer free options, and Amplemarket includes a free trial on every plan.
