What does 11x cost?
11x sells Alice, its outbound AI SDR, from $3,750 a month, billed annually. That is $45,000 a year for the Growth plan, which covers up to 5 users and 2,000 new prospects a month. Pro and Enterprise are custom. There is no monthly billing on any tier and no self-serve way to buy.
Julian, 11x's inbound phone and chat agent, is priced separately: $5,333 a month for voice and $2,417 a month for chat on Growth, also billed annually. Buying both on Growth comes to $11,500 a month, or $138,000 a year.
Those are the figures on 11x's own product pricing pages, read on 29 September 2026. This site's register said until that day that 11x published no price, because it checked the homepage rather than the product pages. Archived copies show the $3,750 card was live on 18 June and 11 August 2026, so the register was wrong on the day it was checked, and our three-way comparison repeated the error. Both are now corrected.
| Alice plan | Price | Users | New prospects a month | Billing | Onboarding |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $3,750 a month | Up to 5 | 2,000 | Annual | Standard, 2 weeks |
| Pro | Custom | Up to 10 | 5,000 | Annual; 2 to 3 years available | Dedicated, 2 weeks |
| Enterprise | Custom | Unlimited | 10,000+ | Annual or multi-year | White-glove, 4 weeks |
Why does 11x's page show three different prices?
The same page gives three answers to the question in this post's title. The plan card says "Starting at $3,750 / mo, Billed annually". The FAQ lower down answers "How much does 11x cost?" with "11x starts at $36,000 per year on the Growth plan", which is $3,000 a month. And the page's meta description, the sentence Google and other engines show under the link, says "Plans from $2,000/mo."
| Where on the page | Wording | As a year | Gap to the card |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth plan card | "Starting at $3,750 / mo, Billed annually" | $45,000 | n/a |
| FAQ, same page | "11x starts at $36,000 per year" | $36,000 | $9,000 lower (20%) |
| Meta and social description | "Plans from $2,000/mo" | $24,000 | $21,000 lower (47%) |
This is not a page caught mid-edit. The archived copies from 18 June, 11 August and 13 August 2026 carry all three figures. This site records the plan card, because it is the only one of the three attached to a named plan with a stated billing period, which is the test we apply to every price.
The practical use of the contradiction is in the negotiation. 11x's own FAQ says Growth starts at $36,000. Put that sentence in front of the sales rep before they quote you from the card.
What does "per lead, not per send" mean?
11x prices Alice by new prospects, not by emails. The pricing page puts it plainly: "We charge per lead, not per send. Whether Alice runs three touchpoints or thirty, the price stays the same." A prospect is a new person Alice starts working in a month, and Growth allows 2,000.
That is a better meter for the buyer than a message cap. Sequence length does not eat the allowance, which is the trap AiSDR's old message-based plans set. The catch is on the other side: the fee is fixed whether you use 2,000 prospects or 200.
The terms add a second unit the pricing page never mentions. 11x's Terms and Conditions (last updated June 2026) define "Credits" as "the pre-paid credits purchased by Customer using the Order Form", and every invoice "includes a mutually agreed number of Credits". How many credits one prospect uses is not published anywhere we could find.
What does the Growth plan include?
- Managed sending infrastructure: 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes, domain setup, warmup, inbox rotation and monitoring, per the plan card.
- CRM sync in both directions. 11x's FAQ says you only need to bring your own CRM licence.
- Standard onboarding of two weeks, with no setup, onboarding or per-integration fee.
- No Alice API access. 11x's plan guide says SSO, a custom DPA or Alice API access moves you to Enterprise "regardless of how small your volume is".
- One language. A second language, more than 5 seats or more than 2,000 prospects a month puts you on Pro.
The bundled infrastructure is worth pricing separately before comparing. Sending tools such as Instantly or Smartlead start at $47 and $39 a month, and mailboxes cost a few dollars each on top. That puts the infrastructure part of 11x's bundle in the low hundreds of dollars a month, so nearly all of the $3,750 is paying for the agent and the data.
What does 11x cost per prospect and per year?
| Measure | Working | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Alice Growth, one year | $3,750 × 12 | $45,000 |
| Per prospect, full allowance | $45,000 ÷ 24,000 prospects | $1.875 |
| Per prospect, FAQ price | $36,000 ÷ 24,000 | $1.50 |
| Per prospect at 500 a month | $45,000 ÷ 6,000 | $7.50 |
| Per seat, all 5 filled | $3,750 ÷ 5 | $750 a month |
| Julian voice, one year | $5,333 × 12 | $63,996 |
| Julian voice per call, full allowance | $5,333 ÷ 2,000 calls | $2.67 |
| Julian chat per chat, 3,000 a month | $2,417 ÷ 3,000 | $0.81 |
| Alice + Julian voice + chat, Growth | ($3,750 + $5,333 + $2,417) × 12 | $138,000 |
11x's own comparison is against a human. Its FAQ says "A fully loaded SDR costs $8,000 to $12,000 per month", which is $96,000 to $144,000 a year. On 11x's own benchmark, Alice Growth is 31% to 47% of one SDR. Alice plus both Julian channels, at $138,000, sits inside the range for a whole person.
That comparison flatters the software in one specific way. An SDR books meetings; Alice sends outbound and handles replies. What turns prospects into meetings is the list, the offer and whether your domains survive the quarter, none of which the fee buys. Our task-by-task audit of what these agents do covers where that gap sits.
What do 11x buyers report paying?
Vendr, a procurement platform that negotiates software purchases, publishes aggregate contract values from buyers it has seen. Its 11x page, read on 29 September 2026, shows a median of $55,050 a year and a range of $38,250 to $89,850. Those are buyer-reported contracts aggregated by a third party, not 11x's prices and not ours.
| Vendr capture | Median | Low to high | Purchases shown |
|---|---|---|---|
| February 2025 | $43,500 | $39,375 to $59,700 | 4 |
| October 2025 | $38,250 | $38,250 to $65,100 | 11 |
| February 2026 | $40,125 | $38,250 to $65,550 | 6 |
| May 2026 | $45,000 | $38,250 to $97,800 | Not shown |
| 29 September 2026 (live) | $55,050 | $38,250 to $89,850 | Not shown |
What the Vendr series shows
Two things stand out. The low end, $38,250, has barely moved in 18 months, and it is $3,187.50 a month, 15% below today's Growth card. And the median has risen 22% above the card. A buyer paying the median is probably on Pro, or buying Julian as well, rather than overpaying for Growth.
How to check these figures yourself
- Open 11x.ai/products/alice/pricing, not 11x.ai/pricing. The short URL returns a 404; the pricing lives under each product.
- Read the plan card, then scroll to the FAQ, and compare the $3,750 card with the $36,000 answer.
- View the page source and search for "Plans from" to see the $2,000 description search engines use.
- Read 11x.ai/legal/terms, sections 4 and 5, for credits, payment and termination.
- Check Vendr's 11x page for the buyer-reported median, and note it does not say which plan was bought.
Everything on this page can be checked that way in about ten minutes, which is the point of publishing the method alongside the numbers.
11x against the AI SDRs that publish a price
| Tool | Published entry price | Billing | Self-serve | What the entry buys | Read on |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 11x Alice Growth | $3,750 a month | Annual only | No | 2,000 new prospects a month, 5 users | 2026-09-29 |
| Artisan Intern | $280 a month ($250 annual) | Monthly or annual | Yes | 10,000 credits, about 500 people a month | 2026-09-29 |
| AiSDR Solo | $250 a month | Month to month | Yes | 200 researched contacts a month | 2026-09-29 |
| AiSDR Explore | $900 a month | Quarterly contract | No | 800 researched contacts a month | 2026-09-29 |
| Regie.ai Pro | $49 a month ($41 annual) | Monthly or annual | Yes | 5,000 credits a month, 1 user | 2026-09-29 |
| Regie.ai Team | $150 a seat ($125 annual) | Monthly or annual | Yes | 15,000 credits a seat, 2-seat minimum | 2026-09-29 |
| Salesforge Agent Frank | $599 a month, billed quarterly | Quarterly or annual ($499) | No | 1,000 active contacts | 2026-09-29 |

| Qualified Piper | Not published | Not published | No | Custom plan | 2026-08-12 (register) |
11x is the most expensive entry on the list by a factor of about 6 over Agent Frank and 15 over AiSDR Solo. It is also the only one whose entry plan includes managed mailboxes and warmup for five users, which narrows but does not close the gap. Our AiSDR alternatives page sorts the same tools by the job they do.
What the contract does after you sign
11x's terms, last updated June 2026, are stricter than its pricing page suggests. Section 4.1: "All Credits purchases are non-refundable." Section 4.2: 11x "does not allow further use of the Service when Customer's Credits balance is zero", and more credits are bought through a new order form. Section 4.3: payment obligations are "non-cancelable and non-pro-ratable".
Section 5 allows termination for an uncured material breach, with a 30-day cure period, or insolvency. There is no termination for convenience. The only refund route is section 7: if 11x cannot fix a warranty breach within 60 days, you can terminate and recover a pro-rata share of prepaid fees. Late payment brings suspension after 5 days and interest of 1% a month.
Renewal, notice and overage
11x's help docs set the renewal terms: annual by default, non-renewal needs "30 days written notice", and "Increases at renewal are capped", without saying by how much. Overage is handled by conversation: "Discuss expected overage with your 11x representative before it happens."
Break clauses
TechCrunch's March 2025 reporting described pilots on one-year contracts with break clauses "typically at three months". Whether you get one is a negotiation, not a published term, so ask for it in writing. Our churn-adjusted cost model shows why a break clause is worth more than a discount in this category.
What the reporting says about 11x
TechCrunch reported on 24 March 2025 that 11x had displayed logos of companies that were not customers. ZoomInfo told the publication "we are not a customer" and that during a one-month trial the product did worse than its own SDR employees. An employee described "losing 70-80% of customers that came through the door"; 11x said its "retention rate is currently 79%". On 5 May 2025 TechCrunch reported that the founding CEO had stepped down and that Prabhav Jain, formerly CTO, had taken over.
The practitioner reaction on Hacker News was short and sharp. On the TechCrunch thread one founder wrote "We're in the same space, and we knew about those shady practices for a while now". Another commenter, describing a survey of AI SDR users that drew "less than 20 fills, with an overwhelmingly negative sentiment", called the category "Vaporware the whole lot of them". None of the threads discussed price.
Who 11x's pricing suits
- Suits: a funded team that has already booked meetings from cold outbound by hand and wants to scale it without hiring, with a deal size that carries $45,000 a year of prospecting.
- Suits: a buyer who wants mailboxes, domains, warmup and sending managed by the vendor rather than assembled.
- Does not suit: anyone still finding out whether outbound works for them. There is no monthly tier and no exit for convenience.
- Does not suit: a team that needs API access, which is Enterprise-only for Alice.
- Does not suit: a small team that wants to test an AI SDR this month. Tools without an annual contract exist at $250 to $600 a month.
What this page does not know
Is 11x worth $45,000 a year?
For a team that has already proved the motion and wants to stop hiring for it, possibly: on 11x's own benchmark it is 31% to 47% of one SDR, with infrastructure included. For anyone else it is the most expensive way in the category to find out whether AI outbound works for you, on a contract with no exit. Start with a month-to-month tool, and come back to 11x with meeting data and the FAQ's $36,000 in hand.
