Privacy policy

AI SDR Stack is a comparison and review website operated by Anusha Rathi, operating as a sole proprietor, based in India.

You can contact us at hello@ai-sdr.cc about anything in this policy, including requests to access or delete your data.

We do not set tracking cookies. We run no analytics. We do not run advertising. We do not have user accounts, and we do not take payments. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us.

Information you give us

• Your email address, if you sign up for updates or a download.
• Anything you type into a contact form or send us by email.
• Inputs you enter into on-site tools such as calculators. These are processed in your browser and are not stored or sent to us.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address, page requested, and browser type. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
• Search engines such as Google and Bing give us anonymous, aggregated reports about which search terms bring people to the site. These reports contain no personal information and we cannot identify individual visitors from them.

We run no analytics software. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no third-party measurement script on this site, cookie-based or otherwise.

We do not collect payment details. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 (under 18 where local law requires).

You can withdraw consent to email updates at any time using the unsubscribe link.

We do not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website. We do not set any cookies at all.

One thing is stored in your browser.If you use the light and dark theme toggle, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit. It is written only when you click the toggle, it never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and it is not used to identify or track you. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Some links on this site can be affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or buy, the vendor may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking such a link may set a cookie on the vendor’s website that identifies us as the referrer. That cookie is set after you leave our site and is controlled by the vendor or their affiliate network, so their privacy policy applies to it.

Commissions do not influence our rankings or review conclusions. No vendor can pay to be ranked higher. How that is enforced is described on our editorial policy page.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site:

No email service provider and no affiliate network is in use at the time of writing. If we begin sending email updates or join an affiliate network, we will name the provider on this page before any of your data reaches it.

Our providers are largely based in the United States and the European Union, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, these transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.

Wherever you live, you can email hello@ai-sdr.cc to ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop using it for a particular purpose
• Send you a copy in a portable format

We will respond within 30 days and will not charge you.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you are in India, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our grievance contact is hello@ai-sdr.cc.

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to our hosting and email tools is protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we hold.

If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we ever add cookie-based analytics or advertising, we will add a consent banner before doing so.
