Privacy policy

AI SDR Resources is a comparison and review website operated by Anusha Rathi, operating as a sole proprietor, based in India.

You can contact us at hello@ai-sdr.cc about anything in this policy, including requests to access or delete your data.

We do not set any cookies. We do not run advertising. We do not have user accounts, and we do not take payments. We measure page views with a cookie-free tool that cannot identify you. The only personal information we hold is what you choose to send us.

Information you give us

• Your email address, if you sign up for updates or a download.
• Anything you type into a contact form or send us by email.
• Inputs you enter into on-site tools such as calculators. These are processed in your browser and are not stored or sent to us.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, including IP address, page requested, and browser type. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
• Search engines such as Google and Bing give us anonymous, aggregated reports about which search terms bring people to the site. These reports contain no personal information and we cannot identify individual visitors from them.

We use two analytics tools, and both are cookie-free. Vercel Web Analytics records that a page was viewed, along with coarse signals such as country, device type and referring site. It sets nothing in your browser, uses a hash that rotates daily rather than a persistent identifier, and cannot follow you between websites or sessions. We cannot identify you from it.

Umamiwas added on 21 August 2026 and records the same kind of thing: page views, referring site, browser, operating system, device type and country. Umami’s own documentation states that it “does not use any cookies in the tracking code” and “does not collect any personally identifiable information”, and that visitors “are never tracked across websites”. It sets nothing in your browser either.

Google Analytics 4was added on 29 August 2026, loaded from Google Tag Manager’s host, googletagmanager.com. It normally sets two cookies that persist for about two years. Here it is configured to set neither.Analytics storage consent is denied before the tag loads, which is the cookieless mode Google Analytics uses in the EU before consent, and client storage is separately switched off. We therefore cannot distinguish a returning visitor from a new one. Google’s servers see the request and your IP address, which Google truncates. There is still no advertising pixel and no remarketing.

Two of the three scripts load from a third party. The Vercel script is served from this domain. The Umami script is fetched from cloud.umami.is and the Google script from googletagmanager.com, so those servers see the request for the script itself, including the IP address any web request carries. Until 21 August 2026 this page said there was no third-party measurement script at all. That stopped being true when Umami was added, so the sentence was changed rather than left standing. It said there was no Google Analytics until 29 August 2026, and that sentence has been changed for the same reason.

We do not collect payment details. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 (under 18 where local law requires).

You can withdraw consent to email updates at any time using the unsubscribe link.

We do not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website. We do not set any cookies at all.

One thing is stored in your browser.If you use the light and dark theme toggle, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit. It is written only when you click the toggle, it never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and it is not used to identify or track you. Clearing your browser storage removes it.

Some links on this site can be affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or buy, the vendor may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking such a link may set a cookie on the vendor’s website that identifies us as the referrer. That cookie is set after you leave our site and is controlled by the vendor or their affiliate network, so their privacy policy applies to it.

Commissions do not influence our rankings or review conclusions. No vendor can pay to be ranked higher. How that is enforced is described on our editorial policy page.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site:

• Vercel— website hosting, delivery, and cookie-free page-view analytics
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to

No email service provider and no affiliate network is in use at the time of writing. If we begin sending email updates or join an affiliate network, we will name the provider on this page before any of your data reaches it.

Our providers are largely based in the United States and the European Union, so your information may be processed outside your country. Where required, these transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the provider.

• Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days
• Emails you send us: up to 3 years
• Server logs: up to 90 days
• Cookie-free page counts: retained in aggregate, and they contain no personal data

Wherever you live, you can email hello@ai-sdr.cc to ask us to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop using it for a particular purpose
• Send you a copy in a portable format

We will respond within 30 days and will not charge you.

If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

If you are in California, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you are in India, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our grievance contact is hello@ai-sdr.cc.

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to our hosting and email tools is protected by two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we hold.

If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we ever add cookie-based analytics or advertising, we will add a consent banner before doing so.
