Regie.ai in Depth

Regie.ai publishes two prices and two seat minimums, and the minimums matter more than the prices.

AI SEP is $180 a user a month on an annual contract, with a ten-seat minimum. Force Multiplier Rep is $499 a user a month, also annual, with a five-seat minimum. Read those together rather than separately.

PlanPer user / monthSeat minimumSmallest possible contract
AI SEP$18010$21,600 a year
Force Multiplier Rep$4995$29,940 a year
EnterpriseNot publishedNot publishedNot published
Computed from published rates, not measured. Per-user price times the stated seat minimum times twelve months. The rates and the minimums are the vendor's; the multiplication is ours.

So a team of five cannot buy the entry plan. It is not offered to them, and the only door open costs $29,940 a year. A team of ten on the entry plan pays $21,600. Five people cost more than ten people.

That is not an accident and it is not a scandal either. It is a segmentation decision, made visible because both numbers happen to be published, and it tells you exactly who the entry price was written for.

What the extra $319 a user buys

Force Multiplier Rep adds 120,000 AI and enrichment credits, custom enrichment waterfalls, bounce and job-change verification, a parallel dialer running up to nine lines, ten mailboxes with domains and warming, and research agents.

The credit allowance comes with something rarer than the credits: a conversion. The page states that 120,000 credits cover 1,000 accounts or 4,000 contacts. Which gives 30 credits a contact, or 120 a account, and makes this the only vendor in this week's reviews that translates its own meter into something a buyer counts.

Take the arithmetic one step further, and hold the assumption loosely. If that allowance is per user per year, then $499 a month is $5,988 a year, and 120,000 credits at that price is about five cents a credit, or $1.50 a fully enriched contact. Whether the allowance is per user or per account is not stated, and it changes the answer by a factor of five on a five-seat plan. Ask.

Conditional, computed, not measured. The $1.50 figure assumes the credit allowance is per user per year, which the page does not confirm. It is printed to show which question to ask rather than as a unit cost to rely on.

Ten mailboxes is the line worth noticing

Mailboxes with domains and warming are included at ten per user on the upper plan. That is a deliverability instrument rather than a feature, because sending volume spread across more inboxes is the main lever a team has on inbox placement.

Bundling them changes what the comparison is. Against a sequencing tool plus a separate mailbox provider plus a warming service, the $499 is doing more work than it looks like it is doing. Against a team that already runs its own domains and warming, it is paying twice for something already owned.

The dialer brings an obligation with it

Up to nine parallel lines is a serious dialer, and parallel dialing carries a legal constraint rather than a preference. When more calls connect than there are reps to take them, someone gets silence, and US telemarketing rules cap that abandonment rate, typically at 3% of live answers, with a recorded identification message required on abandoned calls.

This site makes the same point in its Nooks and Orum reviews and it applies identically here. The difference is that here the dialer arrives inside a bundle bought for other reasons, so a team can end up nine-line dialing without ever having decided to. Ask how the system measures and enforces the cap before switching it on.

Where this fits against the agents it competes with

The pitch is not replacement. It is that agents work the long tail while human reps stay on the accounts that justify a human, which is a more defensible claim than the one 11x and Artisan make and a harder one to sell.

It also has a precondition. The hybrid model only pays if you genuinely have a long tail, and a ten-seat minimum on the entry plan means you probably do if you can buy it. With two reps and one territory there is nothing for an agent to take over, and the seat floors have already decided you are not the buyer.

One more thing the search results say plainly: for its own pricing query the vendor's page ranks seventh. Three of the results above and around it are competitors publishing pricing analyses of it, including ZoomInfo. The public record on what this costs is being written by the people it competes with, which is the pattern on every query this site has audited.

Setting Regie.ai Up

Annual, sales-led, and dependent on a CRM and a sequencing history to point the agents at. There is no self-serve path, and the seat minimums mean the first question is whether you are allowed to buy the plan you were reading about.

  • Confirm which plan your headcount can actually buy. Ten seats on AI SEP, five on Force Multiplier Rep. Below ten people the entry price is not an option.
  • Establish whether the 120,000 credits are per user or per account. On a five-seat plan the difference is fivefold, and the page does not say.
  • Price the mailboxes you already own. Ten per user with warming included is either a large saving or a duplicate purchase, depending on your stack.
  • Decide the abandonment policy before enabling nine-line dialing, and get the enforcement mechanism in writing.
  • Define the long tail explicitly — which accounts the agent gets and which the humans keep — before onboarding, because the whole business case rests on that division being real.

Strengths and Weaknesses

What Works
  • Publishes per-user prices and seat minimums for two of three tiers, which is more than most of this category manages.
  • Translates its own credit allowance into accounts and contacts, so the meter can be modelled rather than guessed at.
  • Ten mailboxes with domains and warming included on the upper plan, which is a real deliverability instrument rather than a checkbox.
  • The hybrid pitch is honest: agents on the long tail, humans on the accounts that justify them, rather than a claim to replace the function.
  • A free tier exists to see the content generation before any contract conversation.
What Does Not
  • The entry plan's ten-seat minimum puts its floor above the premium plan's, so five people pay more than ten.
  • Annual contracts on both published tiers, with no monthly option and no self-serve purchase.
  • Whether the credit allowance is per user or per account is unstated, and it changes the unit cost fivefold.
  • Nine-line parallel dialing arrives inside a bundle, bringing an abandonment obligation a buyer may not have gone looking for.
  • The vendor's own page ranks seventh for its pricing query, behind competitors publishing analyses of its cost.

AI SEP is $180 a user a month on an annual contract with a ten-seat minimum, so the smallest purchase is $21,600 a year. Two published prices, two seat minimums, and the minimums are the part that decides what you pay. Nothing else in this week's set of reviews has a structure where the cheaper plan carries the higher floor.

Negotiate the seat minimum before the seat price. A concession on the floor is worth more to a team of six than a discount on the rate, and it is the term least likely to be volunteered.

Then settle the credit question. Per user or per account, what a credit is spent on, and what a top-up costs. The vendor has published a conversion into accounts and contacts, which is a good sign and an invitation to ask the rest.

The Verdict

3.6

The most honest positioning in the agent category — humans on the accounts that deserve them, agents on the tail — sold with seat minimums that invert its own price list, so the plan you can afford depends on how many people you have rather than on which product you want.

Buy it if
  • You have ten or more reps and a genuine long tail nobody is working
  • You want sequencing, dialing and mailboxes on one contract rather than three
  • You would rather augment the team you have than replace it
  • You can get the credit allowance defined per user or per account in writing
Skip it if
  • You have fewer than five reps, below every published floor
  • You already own domains, mailboxes and warming, and would be paying twice
  • You cannot commit annually
  • You want to replace the SDR function outright, which this is not built to do

Questions people actually ask

How much does Regie.ai cost?
AI SEP is $180 a user a month on an annual contract with a ten-seat minimum, so $21,600 a year at the floor. Force Multiplier Rep is $499 a user a month with a five-seat minimum, so $29,940 a year, and includes 120,000 AI and enrichment credits stated as covering 1,000 accounts or 4,000 contacts. Enterprise is not published. Read on 2026-08-05.
Is Regie AI good?
It is well positioned rather than magical. The claim is that agents work the accounts a human would never reach while reps keep the ones worth their time, which is more defensible than the full-replacement pitch its competitors make. Whether it is good for you turns on whether that long tail exists, and the ten-seat minimum on the entry plan is the vendor's own estimate of where it starts.
Does Regie.ai have a free trial?
There is a free tier for the content generation, but no free trial of the platform is offered on the pricing page, and both published plans are annual contracts with seat minimums. Evaluation of the agent layer happens inside a sales process.
What is included in the Force Multiplier Rep plan?
Everything in AI SEP, plus 120,000 AI and enrichment credits, custom enrichment waterfalls, bounce and job-change verification, a parallel dialer running up to nine lines, ten mailboxes with domains and warming, and research agents. At $499 a user a month with a five-seat minimum, that is $29,940 a year.
Why does the cheaper Regie.ai plan cost more?
Because of the seat minimums. AI SEP is cheaper per user but requires ten seats; Force Multiplier Rep is nearly three times the rate but requires only five. A team of five cannot buy the entry plan, so its smallest available contract is the more expensive one. Ten people on the entry plan pay $21,600 a year while five on the upper plan pay $29,940.
How does Regie.ai compare to 11x or Artisan?
Different claims. 11x and Artisan sell replacement of the outbound function and publish no price at any tier. Regie.ai sells augmentation and publishes two of its three. If you want the function replaced, this is not it; if you want the accounts nobody has time for worked while your reps keep the good ones, this is the shape of that purchase.
