What does Regie.ai cost?
Regie.ai has four plans since relaunching as RegieGO. Free is $0 with 250 one-time credits a person. Pro is $49 a month on monthly billing or $41 on annual, with 5,000 credits a month, for one person. Team is $150 a seat a month or $125 on annual, with 15,000 credits a seat and a two-seat minimum. Enterprise is custom.
Pro and Team are self-serve with no contract. The smallest paid year is $588 on Pro with monthly billing, or $492 on annual. The smallest Team year is $3,600 on monthly billing or $3,000 on annual.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Credits | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 250 one-time per person, "never expiring" | Up to 10 people, one shared pool |
| Pro | $49 a month | $41 a month | 5,000 a month, or 60,000 up front on annual | "For one person" |
| Team | $150 a seat a month | $125 a seat a month | 15,000 a seat a month, or 180,000 on annual | Two seats minimum |

What happened to the $180 plan?
Until late August 2026 Regie sold two published plans: AI SEP at $180 a user a month with a ten-seat minimum, and Force Multiplier Rep at $499 a user with a five-seat minimum, both annual. The smallest possible purchase was $21,600 a year. An independent pricing tracker, usagepricing.com, captured the change on 25 August 2026 and called it a freemium relaunch.
Both old plans are gone. Regie's /ai-sep page returns a 404 and /Force-Multiplier-Rep redirects to a use-case page. The search results have not caught up: on 29 September five of the nine pages ranking for this query still showed $180 or no figure, including an agency comparison dated 15 September. This site's own Regie review described the old plans until the same day it was rewritten.
The smallest paid purchase fell from $21,600 a year to $49 a month, a drop of more than 97% at the floor. At ten seats the new Team plan costs $15,000 a year on annual billing against the old AI SEP's $21,600.
What is a Regie credit?
Credits are Regie's meter for everything the product does: "Researching accounts, drafting messages, enriching contacts, and dialing." One rule is published: "Enrichment that comes up empty. You only pay when we find the data." Nothing else about the conversion is. How many credits an email lookup, a phone number, a research run, a draft or a dial minute costs is not on the page.
That is the gap to close before you buy. Without it, 5,000 credits a month cannot be turned into a number of prospects, and any page claiming to have done the conversion is estimating. Artisan, by contrast, publishes a credit cost per action, which makes the comparison lopsided in a way worth noticing.
What each plan includes
- Free: research, enrichment, drafting and agents on 250 credits a person, sending from your own Gmail or Outlook. No card.
- Pro: everything in Free, 5,000 credits a month, and the power dialer "with local numbers you pick".
- Team: everything in Pro for every seat, 15,000 credits a seat, one shared credit pool, and a shared CRM, prospect list and integrations.
- Enterprise: volume credits, custom CRM sync, advanced analytics, a dedicated account manager and SOC 2.
- Every plan: a built-in CRM, or one connected HubSpot, Salesforce or Monday CRM per workspace.
Sending runs from your own mailbox. Regie's FAQ says "You send from your own connected Gmail or Outlook, every contact is verified before send", with throttling and unsubscribes handled. That differs from the old Force Multiplier plan, which bundled ten warmed mailboxes per user, and from 11x, which manages mailboxes for you.

What Regie costs per credit and per year
| Measure | Working | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Pro, per credit, monthly | $49 ÷ 5,000 | $0.0098 |
| Pro, per credit, annual | $492 ÷ 60,000 | $0.0082 |
| Team, per credit, monthly | $150 ÷ 15,000 | $0.0100 |
| Team, per credit, annual | $1,500 ÷ 180,000 | $0.0083 |
| Annual saving, Pro | 1 − $41 ÷ $49 | 16.3% |
| Annual saving, Team | 1 − $125 ÷ $150 | 16.7% |
| Five Team seats, one year, annual | $125 × 5 × 12 | $7,500 |
| Ten Team seats, one year, annual | $125 × 10 × 12 | $15,000 |
Every paid tier comes out at about one cent a credit on monthly billing and about 0.83 cents on annual. Team is not a volume discount on Pro; it is slightly dearer per credit. What the seat price buys is a credit allowance with a login attached, so the useful question is how many credits your motion burns, not how many people need seats.
The "-17%" annual badge rounds up. The real saving is 16.3% on Pro and 16.7% on Team, which is close enough to be honest and a useful reminder to check every badge.
The second user is the expensive one
Pro is "for one person", and Regie's FAQ says two or more people on a paid plan go to Team, which has a two-seat minimum. So the step from one paid user to two takes the bill from $49 to $300 a month on monthly billing: $251 more, or 6.1 times the Pro price. On annual billing it is $41 to $250 a month.
The Free plan is the workaround the page does not advertise: up to 10 people can share one pool of 250 credits each. A small team can therefore trial the product together for nothing, and only faces the step when it needs more than the one-time credits.
What do Regie buyers report paying?
Vendr, a procurement platform, shows a median Regie contract of $50,000 a year with a range of $4,752 to $88,454, read on 29 September 2026. Its page data lists 17 purchases from 3 unique buyers, and its title still says "2025". Those contracts almost certainly predate RegieGO, so they describe the old seat-based plans rather than today's prices.
At today's Team annual rate, $50,000 would buy about 33 seats. That comparison says less about Regie's value than about how far the entry price has moved: the old median buyer and today's smallest buyer are no longer in the same market.
How to check these prices yourself
- Open regie.ai/pricing and switch the toggle to Monthly. It opens on Annual, so the large figures you see first are the annual rates.
- Read the FAQ for rollover, overage and the one-person rule on Pro.
- Read regie.ai/terms, section 10.3, for credit expiry, overage and forfeiture.
- Spend the 250 free credits on one real account list and note what each action cost. That is the conversion the page leaves out.
- Ignore any page quoting $180 a user. That plan was retired in August 2026.
What the terms say about credits
Regie's Terms of Service were updated on 4 August 2026, shortly before the relaunch. Section 10.3 sets the credit rules: each paid plan's allotment "resets at the start of each billing period; unused credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over." Overage, if the workspace owner enables it, is "billed daily up to a daily spending cap." And "All credits are forfeited when your plan expires or these Terms terminate."
Two of those sit awkwardly with the pricing page. The FAQ promises the 250 Free credits "never expire", while the terms forfeit all credits when a plan ends. And the FAQ says "Extra credits can't be bought on their own", so the only ways to get more in a period are capped overage, at a rate the page does not publish, or a higher tier.
On leaving, the FAQ is clear: Pro and Team "are self-serve with no contract", cancellation runs to the end of the period, and an annual plan "is paid for the year up front, so cancelling stops the renewal." Annual billing is therefore a 12-month commitment in practice, even without a contract.
The power dialer brings its own obligations. Regie's terms say the dialer is not an autodialer but disclaim any legal determination, which leaves calling-rules compliance with you. A Hacker News user described receiving an AI sales call on a cellphone "on the US 'do not call' list" from another vendor's AI SDR; settle your calling rules before switching the dialer on.
Which Regie plan fits
- Trying it: Free, with everyone who will use it joining the same workspace, up to 10 people.
- One seller, founder-led sales: Pro on monthly billing at $49 until you know your credit burn, then annual at $41.
- Two to ten people: Team, remembering the two-seat floor makes the second user cost $251 a month more than Pro.
- Needing SOC 2, custom CRM sync or volume pricing: Enterprise, which is the only quoted tier.
- Wanting a fully autonomous SDR rather than a prospecting assistant: compare AiSDR and its alternatives.
How Regie compares with 11x, Artisan and AiSDR
Since the relaunch Regie is the cheapest of the four to start: $49 a month with no contract, against AiSDR's $250 month-to-month Solo plan, Artisan's $280 Intern plan and 11x's $3,750 a month billed annually. It is also a different kind of product. Regie positions itself as the seller's prospecting workspace; 11x and AiSDR sell an autonomous SDR that works on its own.
One Hacker News poster, asking in 2023 whether founders would replace SDRs with AI, got a reply that fits Regie's change of direction: "I never want to talk to a sales rep. Just put the prices on your website." Regie now does. Another thread argued that AI SDRs "do not solve the cold outreach problem which is that customers do not like cold emails", which is a fair limit on what any of these tools can buy you.
What this page does not know
Is Regie.ai worth $49 a month?
As a starting point, yes: it is the cheapest published entry in this category, it has a real free plan, and it sells without a contract. The price is easy; the unknown is the credit conversion, which decides whether 5,000 credits last a week or a quarter. Start on Free, measure the burn, and treat any per-prospect figure, from anyone, as a guess until you have.
