Air.ai Review (2026)

There is nothing here to buy, and this page exists to say so plainly.

As of 2026-08-06, air.ai serves Govini, a national-security software company trading as Air, under a banner reading that Govini is now Air. The pricing path returns a 404. No first-party successor site exists and no wind-down notice was published. The last capture of the voice product at that domain is from November 2025; by June 2026 the domain was a parked lander, and shortly after that it belonged to somebody else.

The rate this site published, and where it came from

Until this week this site recorded Air.ai at $0.11 a minute and computed an all-in floor of $0.124 from it. Both numbers have been removed.

They were removed because the $0.11 has no first-party origin. No archived Air.ai pricing page exists — not one capture, ever — and the figure appears only in articles written by companies selling replacements for the product. Our own source line claimed the rate was read from a vendor pricing page on a date when that URL was already a 404 and the host already belonged to a defence contractor.

What the public record says

The Federal Trade Commission has an open matter against the company. The facts below come from the Commission's own press releases and nothing else.

In August 2025 the FTC filed a complaint in federal court against Air AI Technologies, also trading as Air AI, Air.AI and Scale 13, together with its owners and five other companies. The complaint alleges that from at least February 2023 they deceptively marketed business coaching materials and support, a bundle of services called an Air AI Access Card, and licences to resell those services. The Commission stated that consumers, many of them small business owners, lost as much as $250,000.

In March 2026 the FTC announced a proposed settlement. It carries a monetary judgment of $18 million, largely suspended on the basis of an inability to pay the full amount, requiring the operators to pay $50,000 to the Commission for consumer relief. It bans the parties from marketing business opportunities. The Commission vote was 2–0.

This site does not name the individuals. The Commission does, publicly, and anyone who wants them can read the releases linked below. But this is a directory for people choosing software, and the names of three people add nothing a buyer needs that the company name does not already carry.

What it does and does not mean about the product

The Commission's case is about how a business opportunity was sold — coaching, an access bundle, and resale licences — rather than a finding about how well a voice agent answered a phone. Those are different questions and conflating them would be unfair as well as inaccurate.

What can be said about the product is narrower and comes from the vendor's own archived description: it marketed agents capable of ten to forty minute calls, which was a genuinely distinctive claim in a category built on short qualification calls. Nobody independent tested it, and now nobody can.

Who was writing about this

Two searches, and the pattern is the reason this page exists. On the pricing query, nine results: two are a different company with a similar name, six are competitors selling an alternative, one is a forum thread. Not one is the vendor and not one is independent.

On the query about what happened to the product, the top result is the FTC itself and most of the rest are competitors publishing migration guides. The public record was available on a government website the whole time, while the pages ranking for the product's price were written by the people who wanted its customers.
